Most items purchased from this website may NOT be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
The nature of what our products are meant to be used for makes this policy one we enforce very strictly. Only items that were a manufacturer defect can be returned for replacement with identical item. Items that do not fit are NOT returnable. Any item showing wear, stretching, and/or ripped will not be accepted. Please email us with questions before purchasing items you are unsure about.
Return Order Condition: Only manufacturer defective items can be returned for replacement. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and/or in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded. Defective item will be replaced with identical item. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items. When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a shipping method that offers tracking. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods. Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your return. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, but we do not charge a restocking fee since only defective merchandise will be permitted for return to be replaced with identical item.
How To Return/Exchange an Item: If there is a problem with the order, please e-mail us at shadesofgreyshop.com within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange. You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire. You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA. Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Mark the box with RA#. The questionnaire form should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise. Allow up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. Replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
